Orders are embroidered and shipped the same day if received before 1pm EST, Mon-Fri. No orders are shipped on Sundays.

**Orders Off-Season JAN 1st through SEPT 3rd Can take up to 1 week to process. If you are in a hurry please email us!**

Delivery arrives in 1-3 business days. Local Delivery/Pickup is available to Monmouth County NJ.

Express Overnight is the ONLY method USPS Guarantees to arrive on time Please call if you are questioning your shipping method choice. During the holiday season, the times of delivery can almost double for Priority mail. Please consider a production day in your shipping choice as well. We will send your order with the method provided. If it does not arrive on time and you were suggested to upgrade your shipping to be guaranteed, we are not responsible for missed events. There are no refunds on custom ordered items.
